Thanks so much Jordan! I appreciate your taking the time to respond. Your mention of Hanon and Czerny has rekindled the spark within me to get back to those "fundamentals" of piano playing technique. I actually use Hanon and Czerny with my more advanced students, in addition to the standard scales, chords, broken chords, and arpeggios that are also fundamental to developing proper technique and clarity on the keyboard.
